Due to success of the first two WAACS Brews, Black Peat and Dumb Blond, we ran out of stock and decided to brew a new batch. Under supervision of brewmaster Reinier Langendijk our brew crew took the opportunity to create a new beer: a Belgian Spelt Witbier that we named White Trash.
Hazy and gold, this ‘trashy’ white beer has a body and flavor fuller than most Witbier. Sweet aroma of citrus, with hints of coriander and orange. Easy going and softy underneath, with a kiss of hops at the finish.
